Port of Kenosha Wisconsin

The Port of Kenosha, Wisconsin is home to some of the best fresh water charter fishing. With Lake Michigan and the Pike River, Kenosha is a very popular and successful destination for fishermen. It attracts thousands of anglers every year. The lake offers some tremendous fishing for salmon and trout. 

The months of May and June are when the coho action picks up close to the shorelines.  Charters bring in many limits during this time of year as the Coho cruise along feeding on bait fish in the shallows.  During the summer, King Salmon and Steelhead are the main targets.  In the fall, you can catch Kings, Coho, Steelhead and Brown Trout as they approach the shallows for the spawn. If you are looking for Brown Trout, many anglers report good catches very early in the spring and during the end of fall through the month of November.
